Trans Power is proud to announce that we are COR® Certified in Ontario.

This reflects our commitment to maintaining a strong and effective health and safety program. The Certificate of Recognition (COR®) presented by the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) is a nationally recognized accreditation that confirms our organization has fully implemented a comprehensive occupational health and safety management system.

At Trans Power, achieving and maintaining COR® Certification demonstrates our commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and protecting the safety of our employees, clients, and the communities we serve.

This holiday season, Trans Power hosted its Annual Toy & Food drive to support local charities in our Vaughan and Dundas communities.

As families gather to celebrate, we recognize that many in our communities are facing difficult times, and we’re committed to helping make the season a little brighter for them.

Through November to December, our team collected new toys and non-perishable food items to share with families in need. Thanks to the generosity of our employees, we were able to deliver boxes filled with holiday warmth, joy, and hope.

Giving back is a core part of who we are. Each year, we’re honored to play a small part in helping children wake up to holiday surprises and ensuring households have nourishing meals to enjoy together.

Happy holidays from the entire Trans Power team!

This year marks a major milestone for all of us at Trans Power Utility Contractors – our 35th anniversary! It’s a moment that fills us with pride, gratitude, and appreciation for the incredible team that has helped shape who we are today.

As part of the celebration, we had the honour of recognizing employees who have reached remarkable milestones of their own: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and even 35 years of service. Each of these achievements represents countless hours of hard work, commitment, and the daily effort our team puts into doing things the right way.

At Trans Power, our success has always been rooted in a strong culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Our people show up every day ready to work hard, support one another, and maintain the high standards that define us. That dedication has built not only a thriving company, but a workplace where people feel valued, respected, and proud to contribute.

Here’s to 35 years of growth, resilience, and shared accomplishments – and to many more years of safe work, strong culture, and continued success. Thank you to every member of our team for being part of this incredible journey.

On Saturday August 9th, Trans Power was honoured to take part in the Northern Pass to Conquer Cancer, a premier cycling event dedicated to funding life-saving cancer research at The Princess Margaret Hospital, one of the top cancer research centres in the world.

A team of Trans Power cyclists joined hundreds of riders, united by a single purpose: to bring hope, drive progress, and move closer to a cancer-free future.

To our riders, you didn’t just ride the course, you rode for every patient, every survivor, and every family touched by cancer. We are proud of you, inspired by you, and grateful for your commitment to this cause. Together, we are riding toward a future without cancer.

Trans Power is proud to announce the expansion of its work areas into two new regions in Ontario. Expanding to the West in Dundas, Ontario and expanding to the East in Pickering, Ontario, Trans Power now has a broader operational footprint that strengthens our abilities to service projects across a wider region. This expansion allows us to increase efficiency, reduce travel time and better allocate resources to support our business.

These expansions not only grow our physical presence but improve how we operate and support clients and future clients.

None of this would be possible without the dedication and hard work of our employees. Thank you for being a key part in this success, we are excited to see where this new chapter takes us.

Each year, Trans Power hosts an annual Client Golf Tournament at Copper Creek Golf Club, as a way to thank our valued clients for their continued support. On Tuesday, July 8th, we welcomed over 100 attendees to enjoy some sunshine and friendly competition. After a fun-filled 18 holes, everyone gathered in the clubhouse for an award ceremony and delicious buffet dinner, wrapping up the day on a high note.

A heartfelt thank you to all our clients for your continued support. We look forward to many more successful collaborations in the future.
