President
Vince De Gasperis
Vince leads strategy, partnerships, and client success. He brings a deep understanding of the utility industry that comes from years of delivery across complex programs. Utilities, municipalities, and developers trust Vince to align scope, schedule, and budget at the outset and to stay engaged so teams have what they need in the field.
As President, Vince promotes practical innovation where it improves safety and performance. He pairs technology led methods with clear communication so decisions are informed and clients know what to expect at each stage. Vince also champions professional growth. He recruits top talent, supports training, and creates pathways for people to advance. He holds a Certified Technician designation and a Master Electrician License, which reflect both technical rigor and real world judgment.
Chief Operating Officer
Marco De Gasperis
Marco oversees construction and is responsible for field execution and production quality. He began in operations, advanced through project management and client service, and now leads crews and supervisors across overhead and underground distribution, joint use corridors, street and highway lighting, traffic signals, and related civil works. That path gives him a grounded view of what safe, efficient delivery requires on a busy site.
Marco is closely involved in planning and constructability. He sets the expectation that hazards are identified early, tools and materials are staged, and work proceeds with the right controls in place. Partners know Marco for responsiveness and practical problem solving. When conditions change, he helps crews adjust while keeping safety and public impact in view. His goal is simple. Equip people to do the job right and verify results so each handoff is clean.
Chief Financial Officer
Vito Caterina
Vito guides financial stewardship and scalable operations. He oversees operational and corporate finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and strategic decision making. His approach blends rigorous controls with timely support for projects and partners so field teams can move quickly and leaders have the visibility they need.
With more than thirty years of finance and management experience across consumer goods, services, and manufacturing, Vito brings a disciplined view of performance and process. He leads improvements that make estimating, procurement, billing, and closeout more accurate and efficient. Vito also invests in team development and change management so new processes are understood and sustained. He holds an accounting designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants, Certified Management Accountants of Ontario.
